Text freelance gig-work account-ban sproutgigs appeals

Hello everyone, My SproutGigs account has been banned, and I’m not sure why. I was doing SproutGigs tasks, but they banned my account without giving me a chance to explain my side. I would like to know: Why was my account banned? Can I get a chance to explain my side? Is there any way to appeal the ban and recover my account? I believe I should at least have an opportunity to explain what happened before my account is permanently banned. Has anyone experienced the same issue with SproutGigs? How did you recover your account? Please share your advice. Thank you.
