I am writing to express my concern regarding the sudden suspension of my account on SproutGigs without any prior notice or warning. Even after reaching out to their support team via email, I have not received my account back. As human beings, it is completely natural to make occasional mistakes. I unfortunately had minor errors in 4 to 5 tasks, which led to this automated suspension. If I were a bot, everything would have been perfectly programmed without any flaws, but human errors should be handled with a bit more consideration rather than an immediate, permanent ban. Since I am looking for a fair and professional platform to continue my work, I wanted to bring this issue to your attention and lodge a formal complaint/feedback regarding this harsh policy. I believe a platform should offer a warning or a chance to rectify minor human mistakes.
