- If your listing has been posted in error
Jobboy will NOT authorize a refund under the conditions given below.
- If you have posted the job and used one of employees off site to complete the job request
- If your job listing has been active for more than 24 hours
- If you are found cheating our system. We do have the methods to check before authorizing your refund request.
Though a (No Refund)Policy is generally permitted, Jobboy strongly recommends against this business practice because it often leads to high customer chargebacks. Please note there are certain situations where Jobboy cannot permit a refund due to our own Policies.
