Refund Policy

The team here at Jobboy understands that you the employer may want to pull your job offering from our search engine from time to time. Jobboy will only grant you a refund under the conditions given below.

  • If your listing has been posted in error

Jobboy will NOT authorize a refund under the conditions given below.

  • If you have posted the job and used one of employees off site to complete the job request
  • If your job listing has been active for more than 24 hours
  • If you are found cheating our system. We do have the methods to check before authorizing your refund request.

Though a (No Refund)Policy is generally permitted, Jobboy strongly recommends against this business practice because it often leads to high customer chargebacks. Please note there are certain situations where Jobboy cannot permit a refund due to our own Policies.
